Mother’s Day Brunch! The Best in Santa Clara!

 

Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 14th 2017. This is the perfect time to show the mother in your life how very special she is. A delicious Mother’s Day brunch or dinner at Santa Clara’s Birk’s Restaurant can be the perfect gift to a woman who does so much for so many.

Birk’s will be offering their classic lunch menu with brunch additions.  Mother’s Day brunch takes place from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.  Mother’s Day dinner will take place during our normal business hours, 5 PM – 9:00 PM, and choices will come from our classic dinner menu and our weekend Americana.  Take a peek here. Due to the nature of the holiday and our special brunch menu,   are highly recommended.

Announcing our Spring and Summer Menu

Starting Monday, May 15, Birk’s will be rolling out its spring/summer menu.  Savory new dishes and cocktail delights will be featured on both our lunch and dinner menus. Birk’s would like to give credit to Executive Chef, Julie Jones, and Beverage Manager, Juan Campos, for their inspiration and genius in creating our new food and beverage additions.

Some of our favorite Lunch choices include:

  • Cheese Steak Sandwich with filet tips, roasted bell pepper, mushrooms, fennel aïoli, Muenster cheese, avocado, barbeque chips
  • Berry Spinach Salad with candied walnuts, figs, blue cheese crumble, ginger vinaigrette
  • Pan Seared Scallops with cauliflower puree, sweet corn, English peas, baby squash, hollandaise sauce

  • Ceviche with Halibut, octopus, star fruit, cucumber, tomato, habanero, jalapeño, cilantro, plantain chips
