Birk’s Private Dining Coordinator, Trish Tran

Whether you are planning a family reunion, birthday bash, graduation, or wedding or shower celebration, you want every detail to be perfect. From the linens to the table decorations, food, drink, and service, you want every part of your party to be meticulously planned and prepared.
Birk’s is lucky to have on board, Trish Tran, Private Dining Coordinator. Her passion is creating the perfect event or special occasion for you from start to finish. Trish brings with her over ten years of customer experience and a devotion for creating, customizing, and executing special dining experiences for her clientele.
Trish began her career with Birk’s in 2015 as a hostess and seamlessly added client services and event planning to her repertoire. She now takes on the full responsibilities as Birk’s Private Dining Coordinator.

Mary Le is Birk’s Assistant Sous Chef
Birk’s reputation for fine cuisine could not be possible without a team of talented chefs. Careful planning, a delicate and experienced palate, and a deep consideration for the tastes of others are all the qualities of a fantastic Chef and Assistant Sous Chef.
Working alongside Birk’s Executive Chef, Julie Jones, is Birk’s new Assistant Sous Chef, Mary Le.
Mary was introduced to basic cooking skills at a young age by her family. She developed a passion for food and a combination of flavors, especially the bold and rich flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. Her curiosity and creativity led Mary to experiment and infuse classic Southeast Asian flavors with American cuisine.
Mary graduated from San Francisco’s Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in Culinary Arts and interned at the Marriott in downtown San Jose and Michael Mina’s Arcadia. She also worked at the Black Pearl as a cook.
Traveling and backpacking opportunities throughout Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and her native roots of Southeast Asia allowed Mary to expand her appreciation for worldwide flavors. Armed with a new flavor palette, techniques, learned skills, and ravenous spirit, Mary created bold new culinary courses.
